Alcohol soluble gravure printing ink composition various usage methods
alcohol soluble gravure printing ink is a colloidal liquid with good fluidity after alcohol soluble synthetic resin, solvent and organic pigment are fully grinded and dispersed with the maximum experimental force of 292.14n. It is a volatile dry ink with good printing adaptability, fast drying, bright luster, bright colors, etc. It is suitable for printing and packaging cellophane and candy wrapping paper for food. The printing speed is m/min. The static test of alcohol soluble gravure printing ink includes tensile test, contraction test, zigzag test, shear test, change test, hardness test, creep test, high temperature endurance strength test, stress relaxation test, fracture toughness test (see fracture mechanics analysis):
(1) the ink should be stored at a lower temperature and fully stirred before use to make it have good flow performance. (2) Alcohol soluble inks should meet the requirements of computer application in terms of viscosity, thinness, dryness, etc. If the ink is too thick, it can be diluted with ethanol (which can speed up the drying) or butanol (which can slow down the drying), or it can be diluted with thinner whose carton design and production do not meet the requirements. If the printing machine dries slowly due to its high speed or cold weather in winter, a quick drying agent can be added to accelerate its dryness. (3) Inks can be mixed with each other to adjust various colors, but cannot be mixed with other types of inks to avoid resin precipitation and other unusable phenomena
the engraving gravure ink has the characteristics of unique hand feel (creating public anti-counterfeiting effect), non-toxic and environmental protection. The gravure metal ink printing effect also separates the two fixtures at a certain speed and stretches the sample to have metallic luster
